Send/receive email on device

Hi, is there a way to send and/or receive email on the device without using Pocket email?

Unfortunately, there's no library available for this in Basic4PPC.But you could use the network library to communicate with an SMTP or POP3 server to send or receive mails.It is a telnet-style network conversation, you send (plain-text-) commands to the server and process then the answer.
