Default Getting "time saved" from a file on the PDA

Is it possible to get information on when a file has been saved on the PDA along the lines of Andrew Graham's FilesEx.dll?

I know Andrew's dll works on both the device and the Pc, but I would like to get the file saved date via ActiveSync. I am writing a program to copy files from the Pc to the PDA but I only want to copy them if the corresponding file on the PDA is older than the one on the Pc. (Since the file might have been changed while on the PDA, just getting a database with info on what files were copied when will not be sufficient.)

all the best / Björn
