how to set up frequency of sound

does somebody know how to change or set up a frequency of sound or beep?
I was tying to use wav-object created in wavfilegen-application (agraham) but i dont know how to include WavFileGenDesktop.dll in my project. Could anyone help me, please?

Why not just copy and modify the demo to do what you want?

I have been trying to use the wavfilegen and it works well except of the switch off of the tone it sounds clicky is there a way around this?
