How to achieve text edtion like in word?

I'm planning an app that will behave like a text editor as its main feature, but How to achieve in line format of text?

Like this

"Basic4PPC is a great tool!"

And then save those parametes to file so that the next time the file is opened is still as the formatted tags...

I'm currently working on a RichInk control (wrapper for native windows mobile RichInk control) having capabilities like Mobile Word. I don't now when it will be finished.

I down't know if Erel or someone else is working on something similar.

Well Dzt, even without wanting, we may still develop a silent partnership for the v2 of the help file creator....
would it also be possible to check the string for the formatted text?...
