Capturing the arrow keys on the desktop

Hi. Is there a way to capture the arrow keys on the desktop and act on them after each one is pressed like there is in the hardware.dll library for the PPC? Thanks.

See the "DztEventsMagic" library on the code samples and tips.....One of his examples "catches" the arrows keys...
