Basic4PPC on Device connect to Delphi Host
Hi,
sorry for my bad english and my Noopquestion ...
Is it possible ? :
to use the Indy.Socket.Components in Basic4PPC on Device ?
or
can i use the network.dll Desktop in Delphi7 ?
if yes then how ?

Sorry but I don't have any experience with Delphi.
You can't use Indy with Basic4ppc, and you will probably not be able to use Network.dll with Delphi (unless you are using Delphi .Net).

I thing you can use Indy with Delphi and Network.DLL with basic4ppc.
Both methods can handle raw TCP/IP data.

hi, thanks for your very fast answer
on a quick test the PDA as client hangs, when i try to connect.
but i have to check this out tomorrow ...

Simple answer yes.
Ive used a tsocketserver / tclientsocket to perform connection as you require.
