Metronome with tempo light

I want to make a metronome which flashes a light in a tempo of 0-200 bpm (beats per minute)

It will have a database of songs with the right tempo.

It can add -change-delete songs with a tempo you want

Needed for the drummer of my band.

Has someone already made some metronome stuff to startup.

If not then I will make it myself
