Default Is it possible to open a JPEG and resize?

I want to open a JPEG file resize it and then save the new image to a file. Is this possible with Basic4PPC?

You can resize an image and save it. It will be saved as a bitmap file not JPEG.
This example requires ImageLib and ImageLibEx.

My ImageEdit library can resize and save jpgs (amongst other things ) http://www.basic4ppc.com/forum/additional-libraries/1640-image-processing-library.html

Interesting. Note that not all devices support native Jpeg Encoding and therefore will raise an error when you try to save.
