Something transparent (invisible)

I need for my mp3-player a "thing" to browse in a song.

Now there are the trackbar and the scrollbar.

My trackbar moves from 0 to end of song, so trackbar.value_changed works every second itself without doing something.

Is there an event like click??

You can't interact with the scrollbar... and scrollbar.value_changed is the same like above.

Now I want to make a Panel over the scrollbar (color: Transparent) so I can catch mousemoves at this panel and browse through the song.

Is this possible?

Or any other tipps?

There is no transparent panel.
You could use the trackbar_ValueChanged event.
If the value matches (approximately match) the song position do nothing. Otherwise change the song position.
