Soccer Alarm?

Dear developers,

Ik looking for a program that updates soccer stats every x minutes and gives an alarm when scored by the teams or league. Preferably with an option to show the results on my today screen.

I'm not a developer nor have any knowledge to make such a program. Can anyone help me find such a program of develop one?

First Problem:
Were to get the stats?
From a website?
alway the same website or would it depend on the match?
Second problem:
If from a website, them the app would have to connect periodically to the web...Wich is not alway free, but in some cases, as in airports, there is some free wi-fi connections...You would need to deal with it...

There are a lot of sites that can give the stats. Voetbalzone mGoal. And for the data. I have unlimited internet connection. So that isn't the problem!
