Graphic in SQLite Database

Hello, I'm making a Database with mi basketball exercices and it's essential to include a graphic (jpg, bmp...) to make clear the explanation of how to practice them. I need to know how to insert it in DB and how to put it on a form.

I look for some examples in the forum but I don't undertand very much and I'd like to know what I'm doing and how to do it.

Please I need someone to show me the way.
