Hi,
Is it possible to add a image or icon to the Setup file ?
If Yes, then how ?

Yes.
You have two options:
- Use SetupBuilder - Add File:
- Add the images to an ImageList control from the designer. These images will be embedded in the exe file.
BTW, there is no need to distribute the icon file.
