Exclamation bp4 v6.50 after install no run
Have a v6.50 Desktop install problem with windows message : "B4ppc has encountered a problem...etc" Something wrong ? any licence manip ?

Please go to Control Panel - Add / Remove Programs and remove all instances of Basic4ppc Desktop.
Afterward reinstall the new version.

Default problem with then 6.5 new release
I have the same problems and i had ro reinstall the previous release

Did you try to first uninstall all instances of Basic4ppc Desktop from Control Panel - Add / Remove Programs?

Smile trouble with installation 6.5 release (all ok)
redownload the release 6.5 from the web site, save the original license.txt,delete directory Anywhere Software, install the new release, put the license.txt into Anywhere Software directory. All runs OK
