why SIP protocol is not supprted in Windows mobile (it is only supported in Windows CE for pdas)

Is there any other support to achieve presence information in Windows Mobile if SIP is not supported?

I thing you mean , not present in windows mobile based SMARTPHONES....
PDA's nowadays also use windows mobile and it DOES support the SIP...
I believe the answer to your question is a bit obvious...
The smartphones Have a full queyboard, and NO touchscreen, so no SIP function...
