DzImage.dll or agraham's ImageLibEx.dll. Depends a bit on what you're trying to do exactly - you could just draw a watermark on the forelayer of the form if it's only for display.
Try my ImageButtonEx, It was created to be used with the FormExDesktop, but also works with regular forms...It does suport true tranparency on any form..
