How can i put the icon of application (f.e. tomtom) in a image box

hi, i would like know if exist a metod (like ExtractIcon in VB) to extract an icon from file exe( axample TomTom) and put this icon in a control image .
All in an application developed with basic4ppc for device.

Currently it is not possible (without creating a specialized library).
