Using PDA file explorer to "send via Bluetooth"

Hi All,
Im using a HP iPaq 214 to collect data in a csv file. I would then like to transfer the file using commands within the same program. As I am sending it to a Desktop at work and the IT dept will not allow full bluetooth funcionality (i.e. cannot pair devices, I can only do basic bluetooth things on the desktop - "Send a file " and "recieve a file" - it is not automatic.)

I cannot install programs on the desktop as I dont have and cannot get Admin rights

- so I cannot implement any of the examples I have seen to send data between PDA and desktop using one of the librarys.

Is it possible to invoke the PDAs FileExplorer and "Send via Bluetooth" from within a Basic4PPC device exe?

I don't think that it is possible.
Maybe you can send with Outlook library as an attachment?

I have not used any libraries yet so I'll experiment as you suggest and see if it works.
