Application's left overs ?

While updating Minimat and checking on the device, I found out that after closing the program I can't copy over it another copy of it (exe files), or delete it, because something is left open.

It happens even if I close it immediately, without opening any file.

It happens when I do optimized compilation, not when I don't optimize.
I tried to dispose the tables but to no availe.

What is killing me is that I had that problem with another application (the rotation excercise) and I think it was solved but I don't remember how

So if anyone knows the answer - please let me know.

It can happen if you have an endless loop (usually with DoEvents inside, so the program is not hanged).

Just to make sure, you open the program and then close it and you see the process still running (or you can't delete the file)?

Does it happen on the desktop as well?

I wasn't able to reproduce it, running on WM6 with optimized compilation.
