Default Strange characters

Hello,
In a csv file, I have string datas with special characters like "é", "è", "ç"...
When I open this file with "Tftabledonnees.LoadCSV" the table created doesn't contain the right characters.
Does anybody know how to read correctly this characters ?

Thank You

Pascal.
