Binary Serial Port Program for Bluetooth RS-232 or Compact Flash RS-232.

Hi,

This program was written in Basic4PPC and allows you to send Binary data
from (0 to 255) from your PDA to external devices using either a Bluetooth
wireless connection or a wired RS-232 cable connection.

This program was written to run on an HP IPAQ H2210 PDA.

I am using a battery powered Bluetooth Firefly module for wireless serial port
communication and a Compact Flash Serial port RS-232 adapter for a wired cable
connection. View the pictures below.

This program uses the SerialEx.dll for the PDA device.

The Basic4PPC program is called: BTCF256.sbp

This program lets you select from the Menu Bar at the bottom of the
screen which type of Serial Port connection you want (Bluetooth or
Compact Flash). After you have selected the type of Serial Port
connection, you can then press the "Open Port" button to establish
the Serial Port connection.

I am using a Kronos Robotics "Easy 232" module to convert the
RS-232 signal levels from the Bluetooth Firefly and the Compact Flash
Serial Port Cable adapter back to TTL/CMOS signal levels.
